Pet Sitter Agreement
PET SITTING AGREEMENT
This agreement made and entered effective of the date of electronic acceptance by and between Embody Enterprises, DBA Fetch! Pet Care, , it's independent contractors, associates, and representatives (hereinafter referred to as FETCH) and Owner Releaser/Indemnitor (hereinafter referred to as “Owner”).

For and in consideration of a set fee to owner specified and Fetch's Work Order/Order Assignment Confirmation, hereinafter referred to as Work Order") Fetch agrees to provide loving care for the pets specified in such Work Order. Such care to include, but not limited to the following; watering plants as necessary, collecting mail/paper, rotating lights and blinds and medications as notified on the Fetch Work Order. Additional fees may be charged by Fetch to owner for additional services. Fetch reserves the right to purchase additional food and/or supplies for pet(s) if needed. Owner agrees to reimburse for set additional food and/or supplies which may require Fetch charging the credit/debit card on file. It is understood and agreed between owner and Fetch that this agreement contemplates that Owner will be in need of Fetch services time to time in the future, and it is further understood and agreed that the obligations and covenants contained herein shall apply to each provision of services in the future, without the need of entering into another agreement, unless altered in writing and signed by the parties herein. Owner will be notified of any price changes prior to booking. It is also hereby agreed that Fetch retain keys and any necessary access codes, properly secured to Owners property until such time owner wishes them returned. No additional fees will be incurred by Owner for the return or replacement of said keys, however there will be an $18 fee charged if Fetch must pick up or drop off keys before or after the next service session. Owner hereby authorizes Fetch to obtain such emergency veterinarian care as Fetch may deem necessary. Owner further authorizes Fetch to incur veterinarian costs in the name of the owner. Owner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Fetch from any liability arising from such veterinary charges. Owner may incur an additional cost if Fetch must transport pet(s) to veterinarian and or wait at veterinarian, unless specified in writing by owner. Owner warrants that it's pet(s) are current with all their shots and vaccinations.​Fetch reserves the right to terminate this contract if Fetch, in it's sole discretion determines that owner's pet(s) poses a danger to the health or safety of itself, other pets, or other people. If concerns prohibit Fetch from caring for the pet the owner authorizes the pet(s) to be placed in a kennel (or previous arranged locale), with all charges (including but not limited to transportation, kenneling, tranquilizing, treating, accessing and liability) to be the responsibility of the owner. You, the owner agrees to have your credit card on file charged for services rendered by Fetch without your authorization.

INCLEMENT WEATHER:
IN CASE OF INCLEMENT WEATHER or NATURAL DISASTER the designated pet sitter is entrusted to use his or her best judgment in caring for the pet(s). Fetch shall not be held responsible for consequences related to any of his or her decisions. Fetch may have to shorten visit time in order to service other clients. Fetch reserves the right to terminate this contract if Fetch, in its sole discretion determines that owner's pet(s) poses a danger to the health or safety of itself, other pets, or other people.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
The utmost care will be given in watching both your pets and your home and belongings. However, due to the extreme unpredictability of animals, client expressly waves all claims against Fetch. Mishaps of any nature example:( biting, furniture damage, death, or any complication administering medication to the animal). Nor can Fetch be liable for injury, disappearance, or finds of pet(s). Client expressly waves and relinquishes any and all claims against Fetch for loss or damage to clients property. Owner agrees to be responsible for any damages done at the home of any Fetch representative by Owner(s) pet(s) at time of boarding day or evening care provided. Owner agrees to contract work directly through Fetch and not privately with any Fetch representative, during and for a period of 2 years following the last date of service preformed by any representative of Fetch. For the safety and well being pet(s) and the security of your property, 3rd parties are absolutely NOT permitted on the owners premises under the terms of this agreement. Therefore, owner agrees that no person(s), including Owners Friends, Family member, and other 3rd party contractors shall have access to owners pet(s) or property during the dates of service except Fetch and their representatives. The police may be called on all intruders or suspicious acts. Persons that need to be on the property, will be listed on Fetch's work order prior to owners departure. Fetch will not be liable for any claim for injury, death, damage or loss of Owner(s) pet(s) or property if any 3rd parties are on Owners premises during the term of Fetch's work order.Pet(s) and home care fees will be incurred by Owner and will be charged by Fetch to Owners VISA or MASTERCARD credit/debit card listed below for pet sitting fees and incurred charges.Owner is responsible for attorney costs for any legal action necessary for enforcement of this agreement.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Recurring Midday Dog Walks - Office notified 24-hours prior or the walk is fully billable.
On-demand Pet Sitting Visits or Dog Walks - Office notified 48-hours prior to the first visit or the entire service is fully billable.
Overnight or Boarding Services - Office notified 60-hours prior to the first visit or the entire service is fully billable.
Federal Holidays- Office notified 7-days prior to the first service or the entire service is fully billable.
